OUTPATIENT JOURNEY
HELP
Get help from customer service counter
REGISTRATION
Register at the registration counter ( Ground Floor )
- Give IC & provide your details to staff counter
- Double check your barcode sticker given by the staff
CONSULTATION
Go to outpatient clinic (at Emergency Department) for consultation with doctor
- Show your barcode sticker at counter
- Sit and wait your turn until your name been called
DIAGNOSTIC
If your condition need an imaging service, our staff will guide you to imaging department (Ground Floor)
MEDICATION
If there is any medication, kindly collect at our pharmacy counter (Ground Floor)
PAYMENT
Pay your consultation fee / imaging services fee / medication fee at payment counter (besides Pharmacy Counter)
SPECIALIST CLINIC JOURNEY

Register at the specialist clinic counter ( 1st Floor )
- Give IC & provide your details to staff counter
- Sit and wait your name been called by our nurses to get your blood pressure checked
CONSULTATION
Go to your doctor’s room (1st Floor) for consultation with the doctor
- Wait your turn in front of doctor’s room until your name been called
- Consult with our Specialist and feel free to ask your concern
DIAGNOSTIC
If your condition need an imaging service, our staff will guide you to imaging department (Ground Floor)
MEDICATION
If there is any medication, kindly collect at our pharmacy counter (Ground Floor)
PAYMENT
Pay your consultation fee / imaging services fee / medication fee at :
1. Specialist Clinic Counter (1st Floor)
OR
2. Payment Counter (G Floor, besides Pharmacy Counter)
